DINNER & DESSERT
Anything green will work for this night but here are a few options to choose from:
Pot of Gold – make a yellow colored soup and serve in small golden bowls
Lucky Bites - Cut bell peppers crosswise (they look like shamrocks) and serve on top of a sandwich or pizza slice.
Make shamrock shaped cookies for dessert or green gelatin. Yellow gelatin cut in cubes could also pass for gold if served in a bowl.
Rainbow cupcakes – divide cupcake batter into 4 or 5 small bowls. Color each with a different food color. Pour into cupcake pan in layers.
