With St. Patrick's Day coming soon, we have been looking for four-leaf cloves and leprechauns. Add a little rainbow fun to your family and you might just find your own pot of gold.
Part of my journey with our Family Nights has led me to record stories of my life and how I see Jesus working in and through all the details. Join me on my Devotional page as I share some of these and the Bible verses that speak truth to the circumstance. I pray you find hope know the sun is always shining when there is a shadow.
So I've been pretty silent on the web for a long time and thought I should get back into the swing of things. We have 4 boys now and have still been trucking with our Family Nights. I'm not any better at technology now than I was then, but I enjoy a good FB or Instagram post like most of us. The biggest change has been the nagging burden to share our family nights and my life stories with others. In that light, I am working toward publishing a book of Family Nights for you to enjoy and customize on your own. I will share some here and and even more will be available in the book. Here's an example of how we celebrated the recent Olympics.
We focused on the spirit of Santa as a giver of gifts. It allowed our little ones to experience that giving is indeed much better than receiving. Take some time during Santa Night to do a little giving yourself.
We are getting into the Thanksgiving spirit by celebrating the yummy bird that we love so much.
We had lots of fun hunting down our turkeys, dressing them and enjoying our turkey meal. We love sports and nothing is better than a cup of hot chocolate and a good football game! Given my hubby's urge to break out the grill (after our burn ban), we went with a tailgate theme and became extreme fans....without the body paint. You are welcome to body paint if you want to go that far. :)
Sorry for the summer break, but we have been having lots of fun and still having family nights. Hope to get a lot of new posts

Welcome to Our Family Night Site!I'm a mom of 4 boys and enjoy the rough and tumble world of adventure it brings me. I'm super blessed to have the support of my husband and he gets the vote for Man of the Year award in my book. We have Family Night one night every week as our chance to be intentional about spending time together. I love my kids, family time and most of all Jesus, my Lord and Saviour. He gives me the ability to be creative so here I am sharing that with you. Enjoy! Archives
